Terms of Service

Turdlys LLC provides residential and commercial pet-waste removal. By accepting service, you agree to these terms. Service availability may depend on weather, yard condition, safe access, and other circumstances outside our control.

We offer one-time, weekly, every-other-week, and seasonal cleaning. Pricing assumes an area up to one-eighth acre; larger or unusually difficult areas may cost more. Customers must provide safe access. If a gate is locked or blocked, or animals prevent access, service may be skipped and regular charges still apply.

We work in ordinary rain and cold when safe, but may postpone during severe weather, flooding, extreme temperatures, snow, or unsafe mud. We prebill recurring service monthly. Accounts with declined or overdue payments may be paused. Additional charges may apply to patios, sidewalks, rock areas, return trips, wait time, and excessive accumulation.
